Reflect’s redundant, state-of-the-art infrastructure is professionally managed at Global IP Networks. All data is locally backed up at the data center, as well as nightly offsite backups. All data is confidential. Please view our terms of service and privacy policy for more information.
Can we install Reflect on our own server?
Reflect is a hosted application and not available as an installable version. Because of this, you don’t have to worry about installing, upgrading or managing a server.
Do you provide phone support?
We do not provide phone support, but we do provide email support to all paid hosting plans. All emails will be answered within a few hours during normal 8am-5pm CST business days.
